Rhonda Grindstaff Sesek,
MS, CPE
Rhonda has over 18 years of experience working as a human factors research scientist and engineer. She has worked with a range of software and hardware systems at various stages of development. Her work activities included defining customer/user needs and requirements, providing design guidance, and performing various HFE/usability evaluations at different stages throughout a product’s life cycle. Rhonda led a grassroots movement to research and design an award-winning, scalable UI used on global products for a major US-based technology company. Rhonda is an advocate for practical, iterative, customer-centered approaches as early as possible during product and service development lifecycles.

Bob Sesek, MS
Bob has been involved in test and R&D for 19 years. He has an understanding of product test at all levels from both an execution and management perspective. Bob approaches each project as new and unique, without sacrificing industry standard best practices when applying customized solutions. Bob has strong presentation skills and has real-world experience delivering presentations to both large and small groups. Bob has experience developing and delivering training and presentations to large and small groups in both academic and business environments, including invention workshops and test science training classes at HP. Bob takes a system engineering approach to help clients assimilate the big picture and improve their qualification approach holistically.
